Taylor M. Haines M.S.
Taylor Haines, CEO & Principal of Encompass Agency and Jordan First, is a 2007 graduate of Skaneateles Central Schools. Taylor attended the University at Buffalo (B.A. 2013) and received his M.Sci. in Adult Education at Buffalo State University in 2016. ​

After seven years of working as General Manager of Encompass Agency in Buffalo, he acquired the company in 2021 through a stock acquisition. In late 2021, Taylor wanted to bring a piece of his Buffalo business "back home" and launched Jordan First Insurance in October of that year.
​
Taylor lives in the Town of Aurora (Erie Co) with his wife Megan and their two young children Ada and Dax.
